we understand that canceling or needing to adjust your order is super inconvenient and can be stressful! our policy for cancels or adjustments can be found right below. as you know we are a husband and wife team, we provide personalized service with attention to detail. every order and booking takes time and fills spots on our limited calendar.             
 
- 2 weeks notice
 - 50% refund in form of a store credit which can be used within 1 year of issue date   
- change of date - request a 1 time date change subject to availability for a $75.00 fee        

- 1 weeks notice
- no refunds or store credit will be offered
- if your order has not yet been started - you may request a 1 time date change subject to availability for a $75 fee​
